Ok first of all, I want to set this straight. YES I did paint this, and with no tracing or help of any kind.
Ok with that out of the way.
This was one of my grade12 art projects, involving painting something on one of the bricks on the walls of the art room. I randomly found this image online while I was searching for Something to paint. And then I came across this image and remembered seeing it in the background of Donnie Darko (In Donnie's room at the end of the movie) I forget who the artist name is (and am too lazy to search it up.)
Anyways, about my version. This simply put is easly (in my opinion) my best work. I can barely see anythign wrong with it, except for super up close (which you can't tell from the image size anyways, apologies for that)
Yeah I can't think of a hell of alot else to say about this. So enjoy.
Thankiies, I was SOOO pleased with how it turned out. I Have never been this placed with an artwork. Normally I can pick out alot of faults, but this..the ONLY bad thing (which is hard to notice from this picture) are all the eye lashed aren't solid, they are very bloby because of the uneven surface of the brick.
Oh Eric, this came out so amazing. I'm so glad I got to work beside you and see this progress! The amount of detail is just truly amazing, even Spencer thinks so!
